I spent a very memorable week in the Zabeel Saray in late December last year.If you are looking for indulgence, magnificence and a bespoke property with the usual exemplary Jumeirah service then you have found it - the Zabeel Saray.The hotel is built in Turkish Ottoman style tradition with the most amazing intricate finish to even the finest of detail.The most amazing spa I have ever seen.The restaurants ranged from Turkish to Vietnamese.Each restaurant had excellent food and the interior of the hotel was nothing less than opulent with every attention to detail in its architecture and interior design.
